The homeowner decided to go through with the contract and agreed to the work that would be done. We recommended a SmartDrain, which is what we suggest to homeowners that want to be protected against potential water, but are not ready to install a Sump Pump. If water touches the alarm included with this system, the homeowner will be alerted. We also recommended installing the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system which creates a barrier between the damp earth in the crawl space and the rest of your home. CleanSpace prevents moisture in the crawl space from permeating throughout the rest of your house.
