Concrete Driveway Repair Results

This customer's entire driveway had become cracked and uneven, with a noticeable drop in front of the garage due to years of wear and tear. Big cracks had formed all over. To fix this, we used PolyLevel to level out and lift the driveway. We used NexusPro to fill in the cracks and joints of the driveway and then applied SealantPro to protect the surface.

Improving Driveway Safety

Charles frequently gets in and out of his car on the driveway and uses his walker to do so. He and his wife wanted a safer and more level surface for him to walk on. They knew their concrete was in bad shape and wanted to preserve it for decades to come for their future use and to increase the value of the home when they sell it.

To fix these issues, we used Nexus Pro joint and crack sealant and leveled out the concrete using our Polylevel foam. We also applied Sealant Pro as a surface sealer to prevent further deterioration of the concrete and protect it from rain and oil.

Crumbling Drywall and Cracking Walls Repaired

This customer was scared their house was falling apart and we rushed to inspect their home to get to the bottom of the issue. On our inspection, we found:

1. Drywall Damage: There is a significant amount of damage to the drywall in the house.

2. Floor Settlement: The house has a concrete floor that sits directly on the ground ("slab on grade"). The floor has experienced settling, which means it has sunk or lowered in certain areas. This settlement is causing problems with the drywall because the lack of proper support underneath the floor is causing it to sag or sink unevenly.

To fix the issue we used polyurethane foam or "PolyLevel"  to raise and level the floor where it has settled throughout the entire house to make the floor even.

Concrete Driveway Sealant

This customer had some sinking slabs on their driveway. Concrete slabs can sink because of soil erosion or settlement beneath the slab which leads to voids or weak areas that cause the concrete to lose support and sink into the ground. Also, things like poor installation or inadequate support beneath the slabs can also cause them to sink over time.

In this case, we found that water eroding the soil was the cause. We fixed it using polylevel foam to lift and level them and then sealing the concrete with NexusPro to make sure water couldn't cause the same problems in the future.

This homeowner's garage door was having difficulties closing all the way and she needed a solution so could stop worrying about water getting in the garage. The garage had settled and created a large gap between the floor and the garage. Our team used piers to lift the slab and used PolyLevel expanding foam to stabilize it.
