This customer wanted to keep his basement dry and get rid of his ugly water-stained walls. During our inspection of the basement, we also found some efflorescence forming. To fix these problems, we installed a WaterGuard, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This homeowner has been worrying about his foundation walls at least once a day for the last 50 years. His basement walls are cracking and bowing in multiple places due to the outside soil expanding. Our crew installed PowerBraces to stabilize the wall and begin to correct them back to their original position. 

This customer is living in his forever home and wants to take care of small problems before they turn into big ones. His home has a walkout basement and the two perpendicular retaining walls that are attached to the foundation are starting to show signs of failure. This is happening because of the years of absorbing hydrostatic pressure. Our crew installed anchors on both retaining walls to stop the movement and try and push them back into their original position. 

When our team walked into this home through the front door, there was an obvious bounce in the floor. Upon investigation, the floor was being held up by telephone poles that were cut to fit but they were not strong enough to hold keep holding the home up. Also, the floor was not level. The homeowner was concerned about the bounce and the ability of the floor to withstand weight since it was not supported very well. We fixed the problem by adding SmartJacks to the crawlspace to hold up the floor. There are 2 supplemental beams that run the length of the house. We added 5 Smartjacks to the front of the home and 5 more SmartJacks to the back of the home. We also added a supplemental beam in-between the existing cinderblock supports to finish supporting the house/floor from sagging and bouncing.  

This homeowner uses his basement as an office and has become worried that the walls are coming in. Our team discovered that the walls were deflecting due to pressure. To repair the wall, we installed our PowerBrace foundation support system.
