She opted to have our crews install our full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and CleanSpace waterproof barrier to collect all water and direct it away from the foundation.

This Nixa, MO, homeowner was frustrated with the appearance of his front porch and sidewalks. Cracks and settling could be seen throughout, and with plans to sell the home in the future, they wanted to have it repaired to restore its value and appearance. Our crews arrived at the home in Nixa and began installing our 3-part concrete protection system to lift, seal, and protect the concrete. It consists of our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam, NexusPro joint sealant, and SealantPro sprays to protect the surface from stains and water damage.

Our crew arrived in Springfield, MO, and began the crawl space encapsulation project. We lined the entire space with our CleanSpace moisture barrier and installed our Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier to assist in ridding the environment of humidity.

There were multiple areas on the driveway and back patio where large voids were visible, causing them to sink. Norman opted to have our 2-part concrete protection system installed, which consists of our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam and NexusPro joint sealer. The PolyLevel is injected underneath the sunken slabs to level and stabilize the surface, while the NexusPro is used to seal all cracks and control joints for a flush appearance.
