After walking Melva and Larry through the process, they opted to have a variety of basement waterproofing and foundation repair solutions installed. Our crews began by installing our compression guard system in the driveway to stop the street creep from putting pressure on the foundation. Then, GeoLock wall anchors were installed to stabilize the foundation and return the walls to their original position. Our WaterGuard interior drainage system and CleanSpace waterproof barrier were installed last to ensure the basement stays dry year-round.

To encapsulate their crawl space, our crews used our CleanSpace waterproof barrier throughout the space, drainage matting, blocking vents, and added a new entrance to the space for convenience and maximum efficiency.

The PolyLevel is installed first by injecting it underneath the step to lift and stabilize it permanently. NexusPro is then used to seal all cracks and control joints to guarantee water doesn't breach the surface in the future. Paul was extremely pleased with the results and his Thrasher experience throughout the project. 

In McPherson, KS, Tyler L. wanted to use his basement space more efficiently, but this home was built before waterproofing solutions were available.
