Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Steve is a homeowner in Russell, KS, who needed some basement waterproofing. He was tired of dealing with water coming into his basement and cleaning up after it would rain. System Design Specialist Justin Seiler also found saw some of the foundation walls were bowing recommended a solution for both problems. Crews started with installing WaterGuard and CleanSpace to prevent water from coming into the basement. We also stabilized the foundation walls with PowerBraces and GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize the walls. Steve was happy with how the whole project came together!  

Tom is a homeowner in Springfield, MO, who was in need of some concrete repair. Interested in a long-term and permanent solution that would work, he decided to give Thrasher a call. When walking up to the home System Design Specialist Nick Rosenthal noticed that the walking path had become settled and uneven as well as the back patio. The crew started with installing CompressionGuard, lifting the sunken areas with PolyLevel, and then filling the voids with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Tom was pleased with the results. 

Lew is a homeowner in Independence, MO that needed concrete repair for the pool deck. Water would come into the home from the pool deck and the problem needed to be fixed before the problem became worse.  System Design Specialist Daryn Britton went out to the home and recommended filling the voids underneath the concrete slabs to prevent water from moving the concrete. The crew lifted and stabilized the affected concrete with PolyLevel and then filled the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Lew was thrilled by the outcome! 

Volaine is a homeowner in Clarinda, IA, that needed some waterproofing. There would be a lot of water that would come into the basement and, she was tired of the mess it would cause, so she decided to call Thrasher. Service Technician Matt Stice went out to the home. He was able to recommend replacing the TripleSafe sump pump and have a battery backup. Volaine and her family were relieved to never worry about water in the basement again. 

Linda and Duane are rental owners in Topeka, KS, and were interested in repairing the concrete on the back patio. System Design Specialist Tom Studer went out to their home. During the inspection, Tom saw that water had gotten underneath the slab and washed out the soil, leaving a void underneath the slab. We used PolyLevel to raise and stabilize the back porch. Linda and Duane are very excited to see that the back patio is now level.
