This customer wanted to fix the water infiltration in their basement. Their big goal was to finish the basement and install a bathroom, so they needed better water management. To help them, we installed a combination of proven waterproofing measures.

Our team installed WaterGuard, a reliable drainage system, to catch and redirect water away from the foundation. We also implemented full-height CleanSpace encapsulation, which created a moisture-resistant barrier. To finish the solution, we added a sump pump system for efficient water removal.

This homeowner was concerned about the sinking concrete slabs on his sidewalk and driveway. Sinking concrete can create tripping hazards which can be very dangerous. We lifted and stabilized these slabs with PolyLevel, an expanding foam that is injected under the slab. We then filled the joints with NexusPro sealant. 

This home's retaining wall was caving over. The homeowner is going to rent the bottom half of her home to her son, but the door to that part of the home can barely shut due to the retaining wall. She knows that if it's not fixed then it will fall over and be a bigger issue. To fix this issue, our crew excavated the area in front of the wall and then installed three wall anchors to it. 

This homeowner was worried about the safety of his family after his wife tripped on uneven concrete on his back patio. The concrete had deteriorated because the soil settled due to water erosion or dryness. To fix it, our team used PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize the concrete. We also used NexusPro caulking to seal the joints and prevent water from getting in. This solution made the concrete safe and protected from further damage.

We used a special method called Polyleveling to lift the steps back up and fill the empty space below them. This restored the steps to their original position.
