This homeowner was noticing that their unburied discharge pipe was quickly wearing down and was also a tripping hazard. To fix this, we were able to find a convenient place to bury it under the sidewalk and in the yard while still ensuring the water was carried far enough from the home so it doesn't damage the foundation. 

This homeowner's main problem was preventing water from entering their basement for health and safety reasons.  To address this issue, we installed the CleanSpace wall system. Unlike paint and other wall-adhering materials, CleanSpace is mechanically attached to the basement walls using plastic drilled-in fasteners, keeping it in place. CleanSpace will never chip, peel, or flake away from the concrete. Additionally, any water seepage through the walls will be directed down into the drainage system to keep the basement dry and protected.
