Check out the before and after of this project! These homeowners were having complications with their walls falling in after extending their garage and putting on an addition. To help combat this issue and give it a permanent fix, we installed a full perimeter of Power Braces. These Power Braces are full height braces that help prevent any further movement in of the walls. They also can help straighten out the wall over time. These Power Braces also come with a 25 year warranty, which will ensure these homeowners stay protected. 

This homeowner needed to remediate the moisture issue in the crawlspace. It was flagged during the inspection when they were closing the sale of the home. The needed a permanent fix with a transferrable warranty for the new buyers. They gave Thrasher a call and System Design Specialist, Anthony Salcedo, came out and met them. Anthony did his inspection and found the crawlspace was never sealed and the moisture from the earth caused damage, mold, and mildew on the floor joists. To help combat this issue and give a permanent fix, we used CleanSpace Encapsulation, Drainage matting, and a Sani Dry dehumidification system. These systems help prevent moisture and mold growth.
