Basement Waterproofing & Drainage Before & After Photos

The customer was experiencing waterproofing problems in the basement of this house. Water would get into the basement when there was heavy rain. He would have to push the water over to the drain to get it out of the basement. 

We used our WaterGaurd system all the way around the basement to ensure the whole thing would stay dry. We put in full height clean space to limit the amount of water vapor getting into the home. We also used our triple safe pump to make sure they won't have to deal with the stress of a sump system failure. 

Homeowner Star S. noticed that her sump pump was running a lot and there was a lot of water. She was worried that the existing dehumidifier was no longer working and causing problems in the basement. Concerned about the upkeep of her home, she discussed this during her annual service appointment.

This was allowing the water concentration on the outside of the house to seep in. Tom proposed we use WaterGuard at the cold joint to capture the water coming from the cracks surrounding the footing and the wall, as well as CleanSpace. CleanSpace acts as water vapor to collect any water coming through cracks on the walls. This homeowner was so happy with the final results.
