Basement Waterproofing & Drainage Before & After Photos

The customer was worried about moisture in her basement and the damage it could cause to her late husband's antiques that were stored there. She wanted to protect these items and keep her home safe for a long time. We solved the problem by waterproofing the basement using our WaterGuard and CleanSpace systems to protect the walls and foundation from water damage. Any water that gets in is directed to our triple-safe sump pit. We also strengthened one wall with PowerBraces and the other with EverBrace to make sure they are sturdy.

This homeowner was growing concerned because there was water leaking from four of her basement walls. She recently moved to Iowa from Colorado, so she took her sister's advice and trusted Thrasher Foundation Repair to waterproof her basement. This homeowner was concerned about doors not opening and closing properly and even had to replace a window because it wasn't working. When we performed a home inspection, we found mold and efflorescence on the walls, which is a huge sign there's water damage in the basement, and we also discovered the floors were sagging, which is a sign of structural damage. To address the water intrusion, we installed a full perimeter interior drainage track, a sump pump, and full height. And to address the structural damage, we installed smart jacks to stabilize and help bring the floor back up, and we also installed power braces to stabilize the basement walls.
