After previously using Thrasher for other projects, our customer in Omaha, NE wanted to repair her sidewalk leading up to the house. Dry-out spots of the soil underneath the concrete were causing the sidewalk to set and giving tripping concerns to this customer. Our team determined that using PolyLevel foam and NexusPro would be the best solution to solve her concerns. PolyLevel foam fills the void under the concrete and raises the sidewalk back to its original place. After the foam is in place the NexusPro seals and protects the joints not allowing water or any other chemicals under the concrete to cause the same issues in the future. Her sidewalk is now safe to walk on and protected for years to come. 

After having Thrasher out for other projects in the past, this customer in Bellevue MO decided to have us come back out to help her with the concrete issues she was noticing. Wanting to protect her driveway from cracking or sinking our crews recommended using NexusPro to seal and protect the joints. With spots in the driveway already starting to sink causing gaps in the joints, sealing and protecting these joints will help make the concrete look new and last for years to come. 

This homeowner in Rogersville, MO has a shed in his backyard that was starting to sinking and was becoming an unsafe space for him to work or use this space. After some consideration of just tearing down the shed completely and starting over, he decided to have Thrasher come take a look and see how we could help his problem. 

After inspection of the shed, our crew determined that our PolyLevel foam would be the best option to help this customer get the results he was looking for. PolyLevel foam is an expanding foam that expands and lifts underneath the slab raising the concrete and giving support to the slab without adding any extra weight.

This homeowner faced a significant problem with their porch steps: they were sinking into the ground, posing a tripping hazard for the family and detracting from the overall aesthetic appeal of their home. 

To address the sinking porch steps, we employed our trusted Polylevel Foam. By utilizing this innovative technique, we effectively lifted the front step, restoring it to its proper position and eliminating the tripping hazard. Additionally, we applied NexusPro, a premium sealant, to the back patio and front seams of the driveway. This customer wanted to eliminate the trip hazard on their front walkway and also wanted to ensure the concrete would look good and last a long time. The concrete on this driveway settled in a few areas due to soil changes and movement. The driveway joints had also never been sealed which contributed to wash out. To fix this, we lifted and stabilized the concrete with PolyLevel. Next, we sealed all the joints with NexusPro and installed Compression Guard to prevent damage from the pressure of expanding concrete.
