To start the project, System Design Specialist Jeff McCormick visited the home in Lincoln and inspected the concrete surrounding the house. There were numerous areas with voids under the exterior causing cracks, which lead to settlement and tripping hazards. In addition, there were multiple joints that weren’t sealed allowing water to get underneath and wash out the soil. Rhonda opted to have the crew install our three-part concrete protection system on all exterior areas. This three-part system begins by inserting our PolyLevel foam to lift and level the sunken areas. NexusPro sealant is then used to seal all cracks and joints to prevent any water from entering underneath. Lastly, SealantPro is applied to the surface to help preserve and protect the concrete from deterioration. These three products combined permanently restore the driveway and increase its functionality.

The homeowner in Stilwell, KS was struggling with their concrete leading from the driveway up to the front steps. There was major settlement that had occurred and it was becoming a trip hazard. Page B. is a homeowner in Omaha, NE and was concerned with a crack and possible settlement on the back patio. System Design Specialist Jeremy Haynes arrived at the Omaha home to analyze the problematic area. It was evident that the back patio had settled in a few areas causing water to rest against the foundation when it rains. With unsealed joints, the water was pooling near the walk out basement door and running under the back patio.

 Page opted to have our two-part concrete protection service installed to ensure this is a permanent fix. The team began by installing our PolyLevel foam to lift and restore the settled areas to their original state. Then, with NexusPro they sealed all the control joints and along the foundation to seal out water and prevent any future damage.
