Concrete Repair Services Before & After Photos

This homeowner was worried about his step settling. He knew his HOA would want him to get it fixed sooner than later, and he was also worried about trip hazards. He did not like the eye sore and wanted to find the right company to help him. He called Thrasher and System Design Specialist, Jeremy Sund, came out to meet with him. After the inspection, Jeremy found there was poor soil compaction around the home, leading to settling in his front steps and sidewalk. This also caused voids, leaving little to no support for the concrete slabs. Jeremy proposed we use our PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift the settled areas, fill the voids, and seal all the cracks and joints to prevent water from causing more washout. The homeowner was so happy with the finished product, and appreciated our urgency to get this done for him. There is no doubt this homeowner is worrying no more about his front steps! These homeowners had a front step that they thought did not look as good as it could. They wanted it to be fixed, so they could stop worrying about it looking bad, and for the safety of their guests. They called Thrasher and System Design Specialist, Jimmy Hungerford, came out to meet with them. After the inspection, Jimmy proposed we use PolyLevel to lift and level the steps back into place, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks. This homeowner was concerned about their unlevel sidewalk because they could be liable for injuries if someone were to fall because of it. We assessed that there was settlement occurring and it would only get worse if it's not fixed. We lifted and leveled the concrete slabs with PolyLevel and then sealed the cracks with NexusPro.

After the free inspection, Kyle had found the cracking and settling was due to poor soil compaction and washout over the years. There were voids under the concrete that were the cause of sinking and cracking. Kyle proposed we use our PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete back into place, and our NexusPro to fill in the joints and cracks. The great thing about PolyLevel is that it is waterproof and environmentally friendly! Chad was extremely happy with the results, as he was not ready to replace his concrete. Jim and his wife have been in their home for 25 years and plan for it to be their forever home. They wanted to preserve the value of the home, and also prevent further future issues. Britton determined the concrete slabs were settling and cracking due to a couple of reasons; poor compaction of soil, water washout of underlying soil, and dry out from lack of moisture during dry periods over the years. This can cause voids under the concrete slabs, causing them to settle from a lack of support. Britton proposed we use our 3-Part Concrete Protection System. PolyLevel foam to lift and level the slabs back to place, NexusPro to seal up joints and cracks, and SealantPro to protect the surface from pitting and flaking. This couple was overjoyed with the outcome of the project. They could tell the crew worked really hard and it looks great. There is no doubt this couple is enjoying their forever home worry free!
